Luohu holds meeting to strengthen primary-level party organization development
On Oct. 22, Luohu district held a meeting to strengthen the development of primary-level Party organizations, summarizing recent achievements in district-wide grassroots Party building and outlining key tasks for the next phase. Fan Defan, secretary of the Luohu District Committee of the Communist Party of China, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
Following the meeting, Fan Defan and his delegation visited the Jinling Community Party-Mass Service Center to gain a deeper understanding of the center’s exploration and practices in implementing a diversified operational model.
The Jinling Community Party-Mass Service Center offers various facilities, including a convenience service hall, an employment service counter, and a 24-hour self-service area. In addition to these services, the center is pioneering a new "community + enterprise + residents" model for community partnership, encouraging entrepreneurial collaboration among these three sectors. Notably, the center has also introduced an AI smart piano classroom, aimed at helping residents reduce learning costs.
