Luohu district and SUSTech inaugurate first collaborative school
On June 12, the Luohu Middle School affiliated to Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) was officially inaugurated. This marks the first collaborative educational project between the Luohu district and SUSTech. The new middle school will capitalize on SUSTech's extensive teaching and research resources, as well as its mature integrated talent cultivation model that spans twelve years (elementary through high school) plus university. The aim is to establish the school as a prestigious and renowned institution, one that students love, parents are satisfied with, and society acknowledges for its high quality.
In the past two years, Luohu’s education sector has continuously expanded their “circle of friends” in cooperative education, partnering with several renowned universities. Notable collaborations include the establishment of the Liwen School affiliated with the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), and the joint construction of the Shenzhen Art School with the Shenzhen MSU-BIT University.
Looking ahead, Luohu is committed to intensifying its efforts to introduce top-tier educational resources, aiming to build a model of Chinese educational modernization in Luohu and promote the high-quality development of the district's education system.
