Luohu to launch talent support events
From April to June this year, Luohu will kick off its third edition of the "Love Talents, Benefit Enterprises" Service Season, hosting a series of 82 talent-focused events throughout the entire district.
The "Love Talents, Benefit Enterprises" Service Season stands as a flagship event for Luohu, emphasizing high-quality development. It strategically consolidates resources beneficial to both talents and enterprises district-wide, offering a diverse range of comprehensive services throughout the lifecycle of talents and enterprises. The activities held in 2022 and 2023, spanning both virtual and physical platforms, attracted a collective participation of 36,000 individuals, underscoring Luohu's reputation as an attractive and conducive environment for talent development and business endeavors.
In 2024, the service season will pivot around six key themes: political guidance, policy accessibility, empowerment for development, Shenzhen-Hong Kong integration, enterprise assistance, energy accumulation. The season will provide enterprises and talents alike with access to 82 activities across 10 categories, including policy advocacy, streamlined access to governmental services, interactive forums and seminars, academic exchanges, innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, financial services, comprehensive training programs, cultural and sports events, as well as medical and healthcare initiatives.
In the future, Luohu will fully support the cultivation, introduction, and career development of talents through enhanced policies, more pragmatic services, and an improved business environment.
